Is Your Culture Intentional or Accidental?
Rebecca Johnson
Every workplace has a culture. But how often do we stop to think about how we're contributing to it?

As Rebecca explains in the video above, culture is simply the way we relate with each other. And while leaders have significant influence, every person plays a role in shaping the culture around them.
The way we greet colleagues, respond to different perspectives, handle disagreements, and address challenges all contribute to the culture we experience.
We have more influence over workplace culture than we often realize. Every interaction is an opportunity to reinforce an existing pattern or help create a healthier one.
In our latest article, Rebecca explores how workplace cultures develop, why intentionality matters, and how each of us can begin creating positive change through our everyday actions.
