About the Conversation

There are some fights we see. And some fights we don’t.

In this personal conversation, Dolph Lundgren shares experiences from his life that have changed the way he thinks about strength, from a difficult childhood and the unexpected realities of fame to facing kidney cancer while most of the world had no idea.

Guided by resilience expert Natalie Johnson, Dolph will reflect on what helped him navigate fear, uncertainty and change, and how his understanding of resilience has evolved along the way.

Through Dolph’s stories, the audience will have an opportunity to think differently about the challenges in their own lives and what it means to find strength in the middle of them.

It’s a conversation about struggle, perspective, and the fights worth fighting, and how we might find strength in our own struggles, even when we can’t change what we’re facing.
