Every Team Has a Culture. Few Design One.
Most leaders think they don't have a culture problem. And they're right. What they have is a culture they're not really paying attention to.
Culture isn't just reflected in mission statements, values posters, or engagement survey results. It's revealed in everyday moments: whether people speak up in meetings, challenge ideas, share concerns, or stay silent.
